This section will focus on research in the field of the relationship between information, physical and topological properties of open systems. Moreover much attention will be paid to the issues of recording, transmission and extraction of information from quantum states.

Senior Researcher of Center of Quantum Optics and Quantum Information, B.I.Stepanov Institute of Physics. Won the prize in 2019 Top 10 results of activities of NAS scientists in fundamental and applied research: for determination of rate of optical field quantization quantifying contribution of quantum fluctuations into field entropy; the results obtained are important for quantum calculations, cryptography and metrology.
